Tree planting at Narasipura 2 Lake, Vidyaranyapura

Be part of a movement to save our lakes and protect our environment. Join hands with Friends of Lakes, for a tree planting event at Narasipura 2 Lake (Sri Venkateshwara Swamy Temple Kere), IEHCS Layout, Vidyaranyapura.

Time: 6:30 a.m. onwards

This Sunday 15th June 2014 be part of protecting the environment by planting tree saplings @ Narasipura Lake. We would like to thank each and every individual involved in this activity and will be happy to see more and more people including children participating to protecting our environment. We will be planting 250 saplings, 100 flower plants on Sunday and continue the same in phases.  

Several people have been working for the past 3 days to dig 200-odd pits to plant the saplings. Plant a tree in your name or in your parent’s name or your child’s name. Bring your family and friends.
